Steven L. Adler

Steven L. Adler, 59, of Maquoketa passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

His family has honored his wishes of cremation. 

Steven Lynn Adler was born on December 31, 1963 in Iowa to Marlin and Patricia (Finn) Adler. He graduated from Maquoketa High School. He was a man of many talents and provided them in his career over the years in construction and siding. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and mushroom hunting. He loved music, especially Guns N’ Roses and spending time with his family and friends. He was a huge New York Jets and Chicago Cubs fan.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son Marcus (Ashlyn Ballard)  Adler, step children; Nichole Creger, Josh (Crystal) Creger, two grandchildren; Mackenzie and Hayden,  his partner Tammy Bollinger, brothers; Rick (Pat) Adler, Terry (Julie) Adler and a sister Tammy Adler.

He was proceeded in death by his mother, father and son, Matthew.

“I may live in heaven but I will always be in your hearts.”
