Wayne Weuste, 57, of the Quad City area, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Maquoketa, IA. A memorial service will be held for Wayne on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Salem Lutheran Church in Andrew, IA. There will be a luncheon to follow at Michel's Hall in Maquoketa. Burial will be at a later date at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Maquoketa. Wayne Allan Weuste was born on October 16, 1957 in Maquoketa to parents, Richard and Marilee (Orr) Weuste. In his youth he spent many summers and Christmas breaks at Leisure Lake. He went on to motocross racing. Wayne is a Bettendorf High School graduate. He worked as a self-employed paintless dent remover. He liked to go hunting and fishing, go for motorcycle rides, travel and spending time with his daughter, family and friends. Wayne is survived by his mother, Marilee Weuste, Maquoketa, daughter, Carrigan Colton, Moline, IL and his sister, Kathleen Weuste, Maquoketa. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father, and his brother, Philip.
