Robert G. Harkey, 52, of Donohue, formerly of Maquoketa, Iowa passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013.

Remembrance Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, October 19th , 2013, at Lahey Funeral Home in Maquoketa. Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday at Lahey Funeral Home in Maquoketa.

Robert Harkey was born April 9, 1961 to Floyd "Bob" and Raelene (White) Harkey in Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from Lake Geneva High School in Wisconsin. He was a self-employed truck driver and mechanic. Robert liked fishing, football, working on cars, camping, and anything outdoors.

He is survived by his mother of Maquoketa, five sisters; Sharon Harkey of Brooklyn, NY, Diane Guy of Dallas, TX, Jenny Border of Brodhead, WI, Canduth Mitchell of Mabank, TX, Dawn Roderfer of Milwaukee, WI, and three brothers; Kevin (Beverly) Harkey of Davenport, Jay Harkey of Davenport, and Benjamin (Holly) Faulkner) Harkey of Clinton.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
