Marilyn L. Bickford, 73, of Onslow passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at her home. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Lahey Funeral Home in Wyoming. A visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at Lahey Funeral Home in Wyoming. Burial will be held at Clay Cemetery. Marilyn Lee Betle was born on February 19, 1942 to Vernon and Margaret (Berg) Betle. She graduated from Lost Nation High School. On February 5, 1964 she was united in marriage to J.E. Bickford in Preston, Iowa. She was a housewife. She was a member of the Missouri Fox Trotters and loved to take her mule, Copper Penny, on trail rides all over. Marilyn enjoyed taking pictures of wildlife and painting wildlife on saw blades. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband J.E. and a sister Suzanne (James) Yager of Colorado. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother Lawrence.
