Gregory L. Lane, 62 of Monticello,formerly of Wyoming, Iowa passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa, Iowa. A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Zion American Lutheran Church, Wyoming. Friends and family may call from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Zion American Lutheran Church in Wyoming. Lahey Funeral Home is assisting the family with his arrangements. Burial will be held in the Wyoming Cemetery, Wyoming, Iowa. Gregory was born February 8, 1951 to Adra and Marjorie (Smith) Lane in Anamosa, Iowa. He enjoyed watching TV, especially sports. He is survived by one brother Randy (Deb) Lane of Carlisle, one sister Holly Lane of Onslow, and a nephew Chad Lane of Cedar Falls. Gregory is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Wendy and his grandparents.
