Hometown: Maquoketa, Iowa August 30, 1963 - January 18, 2014

Cheryl A. Biehl, 50 of Maquoketa died on Saturday, January 18th, 2014 at the Ennoble Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dubuque.

Her family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Lahey's Funeral Home in Maquoketa. Her funeral Mass will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 25th burial will be at a later date at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Maquoketa.

Cheryl was born on August 30th, 1963 in Dubuque, Iowa daughter of Robert and JoAnn (Even) Stokesberry. She was a 1981 graduate of Maquoketa High School, and Capri Cosmetology College in Dubuque. She was united in marriage on August 27, 1988 to Doug Biehl.

She was a hairdresser for many years. She had artistic talents and enjoyed to bowl, and sew. She enjoyed her family, especially attending her children's sporting events and visiting with her family and friends.

Surviving her loss, is her husband of 25 years Doug, two children; Johnny Biehl of San Diego, CA., and daughter Lexie Biehl of Marshalltown, her parents Robert and JoAnn Stokesberry of Zwingle, her mother and father in law, Dr Leo and Lois Biehl of Maquoketa, a sister Susan (Gary) Siegwarth of Elkader, Iowa and sons Jed and Marcus, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brother Chris.
